Among these mechanical threats, the mid-tier Flux Construct 2 represents a significant step up in difficulty compared to its entry-level counterpart. Defeating this shapeshifting monolith requires a clever combination of Link's new baseline abilities and quick tactical adaptation.

Targeting the Glowing Energy Core

The primary secret to dismantling a Flux Construct 2 lies in identifying its single vulnerable component. The entire boss is comprised of shifting blocks, but only one specific block glows with a vibrant green energy. Striking this core repeatedly will cause the entire structure to temporarily collapse into a harmless pile of rubble.

To separate the core safely from the rest of the mass, players should heavily rely on the Ultrahand ability. By locking onto the glowing block from a distance, you can physically yank it away from the main body.
